Harding Farm has three guest houses available for overnight rentail: The Cottage, The Carriage House and The Little House. The Cottage is available as an entire house. The Carriage House has two suites and a studio apartment: The Carriage House Flat, The Barnside Suite and The Milk House Studio. The Little House can be rented as a whole house or one can rent just the Oriskany Suite or the West Suite.

Conviently located next door to Hamilton College, less than a mile from the beautiful Village of Clinton, just five miles form the NY State Thruway and 20 miles from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. Each guest house is unique and private, furnished with period antiques and providing views of pastures or crops.
House 1: The Cottage
Located in the Farm's main compound behind the main house, the Harding Farm Cottage sits by a small creek, surrounded by grass lawns and pastures.Details:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6. kitchen, dining room, living room, porch
First floor - Living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom with queen sized bed, bathroom with shower.
Second floor - West bedroom with twin beds. East bedroom with two twin beds. Bathroom with bath.
Amenities - equipped kitchen with coffee pot and toaster. Wood burning fireplace in living room. Wonderful front porch to enjoy a cup of coffee.

House 2: The Carriage House - Three Options
The Carriage House Flat, The Barnside Suite & The Milk House Studio
Located in the Farm's main compound across the lawn from the main house and above the old dairy and horse barns, the Harding Farm Carriage House Flat is surrounded by grass lawns and pastures. Details:
1. Carriage House Flat - Upstairs - Sleeps 4 - 2 bedrooms (1 queen 2 twins), 1 bathroom with shower, sleeps 4. kitchen, dining room, living room. Amenities - equipped kitchen with coffee pot and toaster. Wood stove in living room and dining room area.
2. Carriage House - Barnside Suite - First Floor - Sleeps 4 - 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins), 1 bathroom with shower. Amenities - equipped with kitchen with coffee pot and toaster.
3. Carriage House - Milk House Studio - First Floor - Sleeps 2 - (2 twins), 1 bathroom, small kitchen. Amenities - equipped with coffee pot and toaster.
Carriage House Option 1: Carriage House Flat
Located Upstairs in the Carriage House - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, wood stove.
Carriage House Option 2: The Milk House Studio
Located on first floor of the Carriage House - 1 bedrooms with twin beds, bathroom, small kitchen
Carriage House Option 3: Barnside Suite
Located on first floor of the Carriage House - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area
House 3: The Little House - Two Options
Located south of the the Farm's main compound along Harding Road, the Little House backs up to ~70 acres of crops and the Oriskany Creek.
The Little House is avaiable to be rented as one unit with three bedrooms or one can rent just the front or back suite.
Details: The West Suite
2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom, twin beds in each room. sleeps 4. Eat-in kitchen and living room.
Details: The Oriskany Suite
1 bedroom with a queen bed. Living room with day bed and fireplace. No kitchen. 1 bathroom with shower/tub and laundry facilities.
